Reducing the Cost of Employee Expenses
Managers in the Public Sector are constantly under pressure to achieve greater efficiency and demonstrate cost reduction. Managers in the Private Sector face the same issues of best value and cost reduction. Managers in the Public Sector have to combine the fact that many costs are increasing above the rate of inflation against the pressure to keep budgetary increases at or below inflation.
